Refund / Cancellation Policy

• InnoventSys Training Pte Ltd. and InnoventSys Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course/training/workshop due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Individual/Company participant will be notified through email, at least three (3) working days in advance. For emergency cases, less than twenty-four (24) hours notice will be given instead.
• Cancellation and postponement requests must be sent via email. In failing to do so, the requests will not be accepted and payment in full must be made.
• To be entitled to a full refund of the course fee, a written notice of withdrawal is required 14 calendar days before the course/training/workshop commencement.
• A 50% penalty charge will incur if the submission of written notice of withdrawal to the Registrar is less than 14 calendar days before the course/program commencement.
• If the written notice of the postponement/rescheduling to the Registrar has been made 14 days before the course commencement, the participant (s) will be eligible to join the next upcoming class but subsequent change is not allowed, 100% of the course fee will be charged.
• Cancellation and request for change of course date within 7 days notice will not be entertained. 100% of the course fee will be charged.
• “No Show” is not acceptable. 100% of the course fee will be charged. Substitute delegate(s) will be accepted.
• Overseas enrolments must clear their payments before course commencement. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment of the course fee 21 days before course commencement for the overseas clients.
• Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment of the course Fee 14 days before course commencement for the local clients.
• Any registration that has been confirmed with the exam, please note that the exam fee is subject to change without prior notice. InnoventSys Training Pte Ltd. and InnoventSys Pvt. Ltd reserve the right to revise the exam pricing.
